        这首颇具怀旧风格的「Today」(今天)，是美国多人民谣团体The New Christy Minstrels为64年西部片「Advance to the Rear」(向背后前进)配唱的插曲，词曲皆出自乐团主脑Randy Sparks之手，相比John Denver的独唱版，原唱的多声部共鸣与和声，更能勾起听者对时光流逝的淡淡哀伤，从而珍惜当下最为真实的自我！
